5 Year Warranty
Nova reels are warranted against any manufacturing defect for five (5) years from the date of purchase, not including bearings. Failure due to neglect and misuse is not covered under warranty. Neglect includes seized spindles and bearings that have not received proper lubrication by the user. Any damage due to DIY modification, misuse, or unauthorized repair could automatically forfeit this warranty. All warranty issues need to be sent to Nova Tackle Company for review. Please contact Nova Tackle before sending your reel for warranty or repair.
